2. What Bonita is not

Not medical advice. Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for consultation with a licensed clinician who knows your history.
Not a recommendation. A published profile, verification badge, or trust score is a summary of evidence checks passed on a stated date. It is not an endorsement, a quality rating of surgical skill, or a prediction of your outcome.
Not a provider or broker. We do not provide medical services, arrange surgery, or act as an agent for any clinic. Any agreement you make is directly between you and the provider.
Not a guarantee. "No actions found" on conduct checks means no public record was located on the search date, within the sources searched. It does not prove none exist.

Confirm travel, insurance, and aftercare arrangements independently. Government travel advisories we mirror may change at any time; check the source.
Do not submit medical records, fabricated claims, defamatory content, or other people's personal data through our forms.

4. Contributions and moderation

Corrections and source submissions enter moderation and are not published automatically. By submitting, you confirm the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge and grant us a non-exclusive right to use it to maintain the index. Surgeons and clinics may respond to any flag through our right-of-reply process described on the methodology page.

5. Independence

Rankings, trust scores, and verification outcomes are never for sale. Any future commercial services will be fixed, clearly labeled, and unavailable until a profile passes the same verification standard as organic profiles, as described on our methodology page.

6. Intellectual property
